Friend needs some help

My friend recently bought a 2000 I30 with 105k miles. The previous owner recently replaced the ignition coils and o2 censor. Now he wants to replace the fuel filter, spark plugs and air filter. From what i understand the fuel filter is in the gas tank, so that will be hard for us to get to with out a lift. Replacing the air filter and spark plugs shouldnt be a problem. He just wants to know what kind of spark plugs should he use. He said he searched and came up with a few different kinds. Which do you recommend?

Then Fuel Filter can be reached by taking the rear seat out( bottom part). it really easy to do. There is a right up in the stickies(i think)

Use NGK PFR5G-11 for the plugs.

Then it's mounted on the firewall below your brake booster. Can't miss it. Find a girl...someone with small arms...it'll make the job alot easier.
