Thanks. Packages should be hitting mailboxes as early as tomorrow (Sat). If they don't show up on Saturday, you'll most likely see it on Monday.

Nice Deal Aaron. Hopefully you do something like this for the VQ30, and when you do, I'm down for yet another set...

Yes, our Spacer Kit is the same between all 02-08 Maximas and the 02-06 Altima 3.5L.

Thinking about installing spacers and plugs this weekend. Thanks Aaron.

I just installed these and new plugs yesterday. My engine noise is noticably louder when accelerating, especially from a dead stop. I hear the whistle especially when I let off the gas during hard acceleration, almost like a BOV. I am impressed with how cool the plenum temp has dropped, it is cool to the touch even after a spirited drive. It seems to growl from 1 - 2000 RPMs (this is where my concern is) then mellows out after that. Overall the engine just sounds much more aggressive. Is it common to have the engine noise increase that much? I torqued everything down to spec and am not throwing any codes so I do not think I have a leak anywhere...

Whenever you improve the airflow, the intake noise will change. It usually will get deeper and louder even if you still had the stock intake box and resonator. Installing a cone filter and changing out the intake tube will make it even louder and deeper.

But if your idle is nice and steady and you don't have any codes or other issues, then you do not have an intake leak. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks.

I connected the in/out coolant lines that were connected to the throttle body using your adapter, what do I do with the 2 areas where the lines clamped to the throttle body? They are now just open and sucking in unfiltered air...

You did it correctly. Just leave those two fittings uncapped. They are used for coolant only, which flows through a water jacket in the Elbow. It is not used for the intake air. So you will not have an intake leak or suck in unfiltered/unmetered air.

We don't currently have any plans to do a Engine Torque Link group buy. They are currently on sale for $139.99 instead of $160. That price should stay the same all Spring and Summer more than likely.

And you may ask for free shipping with the Engine Torque Link too with the promotion we're doing on this forum! So instead of $152.99, it'll only cost $139.99 shipped. But you have to ask for free shipping at the time you place your order according to the instructions in this thread.
