If I were to use these with my turn signals, they won't start blinking fast will they?

And can I get a price for:
2 pair of red 1157
1 pair of red 1156
Shipped to 98021, is it a flat rate of $6 or is it $6 shipping for each???

I'm thinking about using these with some Ebay red/clears...

Yes they would.

Also the price is $36 shipped for everything.

Also it is flat rate shipping, you could buy 20 pairs and it will still be $6 for shipping.
