That's a hit and run, be sure to call the police and file a report, then call your insurance company.

I have some questions regarding attaching the roof wing.
The underside is pretty rough. I'm wondering if you advise sanding it down to achieve a smoother finish and paint it. How strong will the attachment be if I don't sand down the edge that attaches to the window?
Is it better to leave that edge rough, or smooth it out?
I'm going to paint it myself with a spray bomb and was wondering about what to do with the top (shiny) side? Rough it up a little and primer with flexible primer, then lightly paint. Make sure to clean really well in between each layer of paint. Anything else you would suggest?
Thanks
The spoiler mounts using double sided tape or windshield adhesive. It mounts directly on the rear glass.

You can sand the underside a bit and clean it down with alcohol, two layers of double sided tape can also help but it's not necessary. For the paint I would suggest sanding the gel coat with some 400 grit sand paper. Primer it and 3 coats of paint and 2 of clear.
is there a recommended install temp, to get the tape to stick good?
Hmm didn't think about that since I'm in So cal, but yea you will need to have things at least room temp for the double sided tape to stick properly, if you live in extreme weather I would recommend using a windshield adhesive instead and it would make is more difficult for it to fly off or get stolen.
hope the pix help u sell more of them
also i was wondering if u would b willing to make a sunroof CF spoiler i will b willing to ship mine to u so that u have a mold
tell me what u think
thanks

1995-2003 Half size roof spoiler will be priced at $149 shipped.
2004-present CF roof spoilers are $149 shipped as well.
1995-2003 Full size roof spoilers will be $175 shipped.
This is a bargain guys!! Since you will not need to paint them, the price should come out to the same or even less than a regular painted roof spoiler.
