i am having problems since i got the kits from him. i ordered 2 sets 9006 hid kits from him and they came shipped with the wrong connectors. i am still waiting over a month for connectors that he said he will send. and he is hard to get in contact with. hopefully he will come on here and explain.

If you have ordered a kit and not recieved it yet, please PM me with the date you placed your order. I would like to see how extensive this problem is. Co-Way HID, next time you are on the forums (last time was on the 3rd) you need to provide some sort of explanation.

He was on today at 8:03am Pacific time. I just sent him a PM asking him to resolve all of this immediatly. If I don't here anything or have my kit by Monday, I am going to call my Credit Card company and get my money back. If you have paid by Paypal, I recommend filing charges before you run out of time, don't wait until its too late.

DHL and UPS have both made their deliveries for the day, and I still don't have anything. No package, no tracking number. Like I said, Monday I'm calling to get the charges reversed.

I've been in contact with him through AIM.

Ive already put in 2 claims. He says theyre shipped, and still is trying to refund my money. its a little weird. If I close the claim, I cannot re-open them.

He wont refund my money unless I close the claims. He claims Paypal froze his account, and cannot refund. I called paypal and they said to wait untill he refunds, untill I close the claim.... I dunno. I guess i'll wait.

Mr. Coway, you have 3 people on the EAST COAST waiting for their package.

It just dosent make sense.

They should have gotten theirs already since your from New york.

Can You explain that?

Where are they shipping from?

Why dont you have a tracking number?

Dont twist me around, our whole conversations are logged on the GAIM logs on my computr.

I'll think about closing my case with paypal when I see proof that they are shipped. Otherwise I'll wait untill they have arrived untill I close my case. I dont want a refund if you have arleady sent the merchandise.

You've been a ghost to the people on the forum. Worrying people including myself with no response. You were on the forums, yet didn't post a reply to your own busniess thread. Thats not the best customer service, and you put yourself in a bad position.

Mtrai seems like he's going to deny the charges on his credit card. I think its important for you to post some kind of trackable and confirmable proof of shipment.

The kits ship directly from overseas. I believe Co-Way buys direct from the manufacturer and has them drop shipped to individual buyers. I received mine without any issue. I'd suspect that there is just a supply problem right now and that's delaying delivery. This kind of thing happens when demand outstrips supply.

People who have paid and been waiting a month for info do have a right to be upset. I totally agree with that. I just wanted to let you guys know I had no problems getting mine and I'm hoping that Co-Way will continue to provide good service once again.

I have not read all of these posts, but based on the last few theres seems to be a problem with Coways shipping. I live on the East Coast and recieved my kit within a few days. Maybe 3 or 4 at most. Once in a while things happen with shipping, but I am not making excuses for anyone because I dont know what is going on. But for anyone who is sceptical, I had a successful transaction, and there are a whole bunch of people on a local forum who have had successful transactions as well. I hope all these problems get solved, good luck everyone.

Roger, DHL has come and gone today, and still NOTHING. You said you would post an update. NOTHING. You said you would supply tracking numbers. NOTHING. You said the HID's would be here on Thursday or Friday. NOTHING. Today is Monday, and all I have to show for my $210 is a big fat NOTHING. I've tried to be nice and understanding, but something is going on here, and I demand more of an explanation than 'Don't worry, they are coming'. If they have not shipped out yet, tell us. If they are on the way, provide a tracking number NOW. I'm giving this till tonight. You have time to make this right still. PROVIDE SOME REAL ANSWERS, FOR ALL OF US. If I don't have some sort of answer from you by 10pm Pacific Time, I'm calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. I'm then going to go through every forum, every site I can find you selling goods on, and I'm going to tell them our story. The time is NOW to quit screwing around with the members of this forum. Do the right thing, and quit brushing us off. Clocks ticking.

So what action do we need to take? I can't wait, I want refunded. Please cancel mine. PM me with info as to what you need me to do! I just called you and left a voice mail before seeing this. Please respond this time! This is really unprofessional. Thanks

I received my kit finally. So to everyone here, I don't believe they are trying to rip off people here, it was a delay overseas, which is hard to control for Roger and Tommy.

Everyone should be getting their kits finally.

Times up! I just got off the phone with my credit card company filing a dispute. Roger, I don't know why you feel you don't have to answer questions on your shady business practices to the members of this forum, but I'm done waiting. Every deadline you have set for YOURSELF has come and gone with no results to show for it. To everyone else waiting, I suggest you do whatever you can NOW to get your money back. I have ZERO confidence that Roger and Co-Way HID are trying to do the right thing here. I called my credit card company and let them know what was going on, along with the severe lack of communication from this vendor, and they had no problem filing a chargeback for me. Those that paid with paypal need to get on it extremely quick, as paypal will only give you so many days to dispute charges. This whole thing has made me
