This is getting messy. NO 45 is for 5th gen year 2000 IF my supplier has them by the time everyone gets their butts in gear.

We are pulling out of this deal. I am getting e-mails of confused people about prices and it does not appear that anyone wishes to take this over. My supplier is running out of the lower priced batch which means the price goes up on the 5th gen coils.

How long it's going to take to start GD? One of my coils crapped out last week so I'd ordered one but possibly in for six pack.
Is there any chance to replace stock 5TH gen coils since they crap & tend to dissapoint us with 4TH gen coils although they pricier but more reliable?

I couldn't wait any longer so I went back to Autozone and picked up 5 more coils, I had replaced a bad one a couple months back. I originally posted that the brand on these was Wells. I looked at the actual name on the coils and they are indeed Hanshin. So at $64.99 per coil (for 1999 Max.) it's a no-brainer. This is cheaper that some of numbers that were being thrown around for a group deal.
I only bring this up as a FYI. Good luck.

From the little I know Hanshin is one of the two main manufacturers of the coil packs, the other being Mitsubishi. When I bought my first coil pack from Autozone, the box or the receipt showed that it was made by Wells. I never looked any closer and thought it was maybe an off brand. It's just today when I did look closer that I saw they were actually Hanshin. I guess I just feel better that these are the real deal.

i saw the write up for how to find out which coil pack is bad. i don't have a meter so i was just wondering, couldn't i just use a scan tool to see which cylinder misfired and replace the coil on that one? seems easier to me...
