Length of deal....

I am offering this deal through the end of the month. I am not sure if I will be able to do this again but you can visit my site at www.aggressiveimports.net and check on all of my items. The Place Racing section will be up soon.

Cold air intake include the top and the bottom. I honestly do not feel that I would be able to sell the bottom piece without the top. Therefor I only sell them as cold air intakes. Sorry

Has anyone gotten their intake yet from this guy? I have been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks and asked him for a traking number. He gave me some number for a package going to Wisconsin and I am in New York! Please let me know if anyone is having a similar problem.

Nice to see that you are a little more respetful to the people in this forum. I have been tring to catch up with everything as I was out of the office last week due to a death in the family and an emergency root canal. Yes I sent you the wrong tracking number. All intakes that were ordered will be delivered by the end of next week. You can thank turkey day for messing things up.

WHY LIE HEN - YOU TOLD ME THAT IT WAS SHIPPED OUT THREE TIMES WHEN I EMAILED YOU AND YOU ALSO SAID YOU WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER? NOW, YOU ARE SINGING A DIFFERENT TUNE - NOW THEY ARE GOING TO BE SHIPPED AT THE END OF NEXT WEEK. WHY LIE TO A CUSTOMER? THAT IS IN NO WAY RESPECTFUL AND NO WAY TO BUILD A CUSTOMER BASE. RESPECT WAS THROWN OUT THE DOOR WHEN YOU LIED. JUST SEND THE INTAKE AND GET ME THE RIGHT (RIGHT) TRACKING NUMBER, IF THIS IS HARD FOR YOU, SEND ME BACK MY $$$$$$$.

CAN YOU READ?!?!

NOW, YOU ARE SINGING A DIFFERENT TUNE - NOW THEY ARE GOING TO BE SHIPPED AT THE END OF NEXT WEEK.
What are you talking about? Can you read what the post says or do you just ready want you want? Does it not clearly say
All intakes that were ordered will be delivered by the end of next week.
This means that they have already been shipped out! Before you go starting crap in my thread, I will let other people know why you are getting the response that you are. The following is an email sent to me by Joseph Russo (capvent)...

David,
Stop ****ing around. That tracking number is to a place in
WISCONSIN! Either you have the right tracking number or you
give me my ****ing money back. The CAI should have been shipped
to me at 321 73rd Street, Brooklyn, New York 11209. If you want
to refund me my money, send the ****ing money to this address as
well.
If I do not have the package here by December 5th, I am
contacting the postal police for a fraud notice being that I
used a USPS Money Order.
When treating others like this because they simply sent you the wrong tracking number, and honest mistake, dont think they will be too nice anymore. Out of the hundreds of customers that I have conducted business with, you are my first and only problem. That should tell you and others a little something about you.

Re: CAN YOU READ?!?!

Usually when you write a post today and say that they will be delivered by the end of next week, you are talking about the future, Dave. Read your post again and you tell me what you think. Written on 11/27 and blaming Thanksgiving. This all could have been eliminated if you were up front with your customers and kept them updated and in the loop. I too run a business and I can tell you, the customer is the main cog in the wheel. You need to keep them happy. That means sending them the right tracking number or letting them know where their purchase stands - especially if they think that they will never get the product or ever see their money!

Just learn this much and I guarantee your business will be better off than it is now! Oh, and never complian about your profit margins to a customer. If you are not happy with what you are making, don't sell stuff?

I am talking about the future. When I say delivered I mean thats when you will get it. When I say shipped that means that UPS picked it up. Im sorry if my termonology does not match yours. So you are telling me that I am a bad person for making a mistkae by sending you the wrong tracking number by accident. If I didnt want you to have your tracking number, I wouldnt have sent you one at all. The one that I accidently sent you was for another maxima.org member that ordered the exact same part number. I am not complaining about my profit margins, I was just saying that I never would have thought that I would have to deal with customers like you when I started this for what little I am making on this. I am selling this here to help others out, not me.

I’m the dude from Wisconsin. I can see how those two numbers got confused because I was inquiring about shipping at the same time. I’m not going to get in the middle of this, but most of my service was good from Aggressive Imports. All my e-mails were answers in a few hours. All my questions were answered, and my payment and personal info transfer went smooth. Had the intakes shipped when I was expecting it to and gotten here by now, I would have been very pleased. I think if an e-mail was sent to me notifying me of late shipment due to extenuating circumstances I wouldn’t have necessarily enjoyed it, but at least aware or what was going on. This is the first time I’ve dealt with Aggressive, but overall my service was good other than I was uninformed of the late delivery of my purchase. Plenty of other things I have ordered have taken unusually long to receive and I’ve gone uninformed from much larger companies. I’m not on anyone’s side just bored thanksgiving afternoon and thought I would express my viewpoints.
