It totally changes the car up to redline and now that it can be ordered with the 2k9 TB flange it opens up the window to more power.

I'm in for one as well. I spoke with Trubo Tim and if we can get 3 people to commit then instead of the 1099.99 price it would be 999.99. If more commit the price may even go lower. That price is for the sliver finsih. If you want it polished or powder coated that will be extra. If you have any questions regarding the manifold feel free to contact Tim at:

Updated info:

Ok guys/gals. I just hung up with Tim with updated news. As far as the price goes:

Original price: $1099.99
3 people: $999.99
5-10 people: $899.99
Shippping to the lower 48 states will be $25.00

The more people we can get involved on this the better.

Questions that came up so far:

Will this manifold work with spacer kits? No. This manifold creates pleneum volume but what was suggested is that if you already have spacer kits you could try to sell them to recoupe costs.

Will this manifold work with a FSB? Yes. This manifold should work with FSB's that are available.

If you have anymore questions feel free to ask but also feel free to contact Tim as well.

Status as of now is 3. I can only speak for myself but I suspect the others would like to get more involved on this to get the price to go down.

NOPE more than that. you just can't simply say "you only going to get 20 more HP." There is so much more to a dyno than just PEAK numbers...look at all that AREA UNDER THE CURVE compares to my last graph!!! How you going to compare HP/money ratio??? what do you do?? Take PEAK HP gains and divide by money you spent? That would not even be accurate of how it changes the curve. A more acurate way would be to use CALCULUS and calculate the area under the curve using an integral and then somehow dividing that into the money you spent....then ADDING the fun factor!! Basically there is NO way to tell HP/money ratio. If you think like "HP/Money ratio" then this mod is not for you. There are basically NO LOW END LOSSES like SSIM!!! Car transforms to BEAST MODE after about 4300rpms!!! ALL DRAMATIC GAINS OVER LAST GRAPH!!! At 6300rpm made 30MORE WHP and 25MORE ft-lbs than previous graph. Top end DRAMATICALLY increased and doesnt fall off! Rev limiter was increased to 7k. I Would have made even more power but tuner did a CONSERVATIVE tune because Im going turbo in about a month. I have the 2k9 Maxima TB on it. From what I understand there is a difference in the N/A and turbo version of the Manifold. Mine is the turbo one because runners are shorter....I believe the N/A one had longer runners.

This mod is only for people who want to get the maximum power out of their cars. Not some cheap junkyard mod!! So if you just cool with a y-pipe, CAI, and exhaust then thats it. If you dont have headers, intake and exhaust (recommend 3" over 2.5" MUCH MORE POWER) I would not even BOTHER with this mod. ALSO I would NOT put it on without getting a tune...you'll be missing TONS of power and will probably be disappointed like all those people who just slap an SSIM on and never tune! You dramatically increase the plenum volume and air intake into the engine..YOU WILL NEED TO TUNE. This will go great with LRMAF (I'm selling my LRMAF brand new never used...because I'm going turbo and using MAF sensor) and a 3.5" intake piping!!! Basically this mod is the LAST thing you will do.....it would be INSANE with some CAMS as well. I would love to see that setup!!! I can see 300whp ALL-MOTOR EASY with some nice 264 cams!!!

PS: I personally know of a member dynoing over 305whp with SSIM, technosquare and stock 5.5gen TB with Brian Crower 264 Stage 2 cams! Imagine what this manifold, 2k9 Manifold and some BC Stage 2 cams will do with a good tune!!

3/26/12 - UPDATE

I spoke with Tim and the gropbuy is officially a go. If any would like to join in then you have up to April the 14th. Just to reitterate:

The group buy price is $899.99 + $25.00 shipping to the lower 48 states. This price is for the unfinished manifold finish. If you'd like to have the manifold polished then it'll be an extra $250 added to the price.

Each buyer will have to call Tim at Speed Force Racing to arrange payment. Also when you call in to arrange payment you must mention that this is for the Group Buy for DEXTER. That is so that you can receive the group buy price. Tim mentioned that the manifolds would be completed two weeks after payment had been received. :
