pice if F****** S*** Custommaxima.com
Screw those guys i ordereed a FSTB from them 2 weeks ago i finally was able to get in touch with their customer service dept, after 4 days of answering services. The woman i spoke to sounded like she was speaking on a cell phone tons of static and dead air. she told me my order had been held up by paypal, understandable, it was an e check, but after my payment cleared the order wasn't processed for another week. it just got processed today i ordered on the 25 and wouldn't have gotten it for another week. S***** customer service and i really wanted that item FUdgy the whale. beware of them

If you didn't have such bad credit and had to use an E-check, these customer service situations could be easily avoided... twang twang

If you go to the website, and the contact page therein, you'll see the postal address is missing. Gee, I wonder why that is? However, if you go to CustomAltima.com (yes, that's right, CustomAltima.com), you'll find the published address:
Now take that information and enter it into GoogleMaps, and zoom into street-view. You'll see the CustomMaxima headquarters is right next door to CustomRedneckTruck.com, which is a convenient relationship during happy hour, I'm sure.
Any more questions? You poor guy.

Coincidentally, you'll find that same address at CustomTiburon.com, which is kind of funny, although I'm not sure why.Now take that information and enter it into GoogleMaps, and zoom into street-view. You'll see the CustomMaxima headquarters is right next door to CustomRedneckTruck.com, which is a convenient relationship during happy hour, I'm sure.
Any more questions? You poor guy.
