I think it is. Maybe some kind of air intake system since it is right above the stock air filter location.

indeed...should mounted two holders on the back corners with tp streaming behind it. might "distract" other drivers, but dammit it's worth the humor.

There is a $500 limit on the cars.. no way that 97-99 with a stillen kit is legal. Anyone know anything more about it? The guys are bound to be on this forum.

maybe he bought it with a blown engine or something and got a new one for cheap, and got the Stillen kit cracked/damaged for a few bucks and Bondo'd over it? i remember someone entered a Miata in Lemons and those dont sell for under $1500+
