Clutch shudder

Every now and when slowly taking off in 1st or reverse gear, i would get this shuddering. If i let rpms drop just below 1 k then take off is smooth, but if its anywhere between 1-2 k then i get the shuddering. For past few days the shuddering was consistant ... not sure if its the clutch.. flywheel or any other transmission components. If someone could shed some light on this for me, would be appreaciated. Also.. 136km (not miles) on original clutch
