Nuts backing out???

Started about a 1 1/2 months ago.Left rim wobbled on road.Had to retorque nuts.Found 4 to be very loose and backed out quite a bit.Only one was tight.Any idea what's the cause? The studs are not stripped.Do I need a new rim or nuts?By the way,I have steelies.

i would check to make sure that the conical mounting surface on the wheels hasnt been stretched or anything. if they look to not be round, or look bigger than they used to be then thats your problem and you need new wheels

The 4 lugs that came out does this every week or week and a half depending on miles put on.
I was thinking about just getting a new steelie to see it that'll solve the issue but don't wanna waste the money if that's not the problem.

Are you sure you're torqueing them to spec? Also make sure that there is no grease or anti-seize on the stud threads. That can cause the nuts to work loose quickly.

Torque spec is around 72 foot pounds to 85 foot pounds I believe.

I've always torqued mine at 78 foot pounds and never had any issues. I even put a little bit of anti-sieze on the threads and the lug nuts still hold up fine.
