black out emblems help me plz

hey i am sacking out my emblems. I was wondering how long to wait for paint to dry and when to clear coat it. how many coats of clear? should i wait for the paint to dry first? thanks

wait for the paint to dry, then 2 coats of clear....

(there are usually instructions on the spray can too...)
