One just moved into the house next to mine last week, so that makes 2 Maximas in my subdivision.

Im surprised some of you guys say you hardly see maximas around. Maximas are EVERYWHERE around here, 4th gens expecially. Most of them are stock GXE's, but there are also many GLE's, SE's, beater Maximas, gaudy distasteful maximas with big chrome wheels and chrome fender linings. On my block there are 3 4th gens.

lol. I live in a older neighborhood but, in a newer subdivision of the neighborhood. There is no way in hell I would be able to cover a 3 mile radius in all directions. Now for my street there is none, and my street is about half a mile long. The neighborhood as a whole, I would say atleast 60+ alot of 4gens + 5gens + and I run into atleast 5 6gens everyday around here.

well there's 3 in front of my house right now.
one with a timing belt off.. one with a blown engine, and one with a blown tranny.
and I have a J30 next door I'm doing a t belt on tomorrow, and my 240 and Altima are in the street.

neighbs have a newer ('03 I think) altima 3.5, but that's it for this area.. there's also a Z32 project car around the corner but everyone else drivers bimmer, honda, 'yota, or domestic.

300+ home subdivision and I have only seen 5.

My neighbor down the street just bought a 6th Gen in black, he also has a 4th gen that is a mint color. Seen 3 others, 1 white, and 2 blue, all 5th gens. Just for $hits and giggles, roughly 10+ Altima's...

there are only 4 in my entire area (as in town..) there's my mom's 5th gen, my 5.5 gen, one 4th gen that lives around 10 miles away, and one 5.5 gen gle that lives about 15 miles away....ever since i moved out here, i have only seen one other maxima and it was a 5.5 gen, but they were from florida so they clearly didn't live here...not too many in san antonio either...i see a couple every time i go into town, but nothing like phoenix, where i am right now...i see at least one every time i go out...

There's a black "riced out" one like 2 blocks from me and I was the 2nd Max in my neighborhood. Now there's 20+ over here (4 on my block itself)

Last year this guy bought a nice 2000/2001 Max (3 blocks from me) now the paint on the front and rear bumpers is almost gone - down to the black primer lol

I think I've got the only Maxima in my township...never seen another one around here anyway. Mostly just cottagers around here and the year-round residents mostly drive pick-ups. I see them in town but mostly baby boomers driving them. My manager does have a 4th gen he's done some work on.

Edit: Just remembered, our neighbors across the lake have a 3rd gen. I think its a 92...they've owned it since day 1 and now their daughter is driving it.

I have the only VE 5-speed that I have seen in my entire town (about 10k people). I have seen a few VG 5-speeds, several 3rd gen GXEs and maybe a dozen or so 4th gens. There are several dozen 5th gens around and maybe half a dozen 6th gens.

I couldn't count how many Civics and Integras there are in town without using a calculator.

Yeah, everytime i turn around in my city there is a maxima of some kind. I have seen a decent amount of 3rd gens, but mine is the only one that is tasteful, all the others are on big ugly chrome rims.. and there are alot of 4th and 5th gens.

my neighborhood sux... I think there are like 2 or 3 in the area includin mine... I think people are too afraid to own a maxima in North Jersey cuase of the Xenons or because of Newark supposedly being the car theft capital of the world or somethin like that

Hmm... let's see how many are around here:
- My 92 GXE
- A 92-94 SE
- My tenant's 4th Gen
- My neighbor's 5th Gen
- Another neighbor's 92-94 GXE

There used to be another 91SE Auto that my friend drove but he sold it for a new Altima, so that puts a current count to 5 Maxes in less than half a block.
