Jerry Rome Nissan no longer offers oem parts...where else to shop online?

JR Nissan has stopped selling oem parts online, only Nismo and accessories. Any ideas for where to shop? Dave B?

Thanks

Best OEM prices, most if not all their prices beat out the parts bin prices..

Has anyone tried this Knock sensor from www.thepartsbin.com?

Bosch
Knock Sensor OEM
F6020-51596
In Stock
$35.29

This is a hell of a deal since Nissan OEM goes for $90+.

Pinnacle gets all my business. I like their searchable catalog and if you cant find something on their catalog you can get a hold of someone there for the part #s to include in your order. There is also Conicelli Nissan which uses the same catalog search engine. I used to purchase my stuff from Conicelli before switching completely to Pinnacle. Last time I ordered with Conicelli, they offered free shipping, which was a plus. However the majority of the time they screwed my order up, especially when I order many small parts. Many times it caused delays because I would plan in advance to order parts for a project to do during a weekend and when the parts arrived several parts were wrong and/or missing so that would set me back another week.

Pinnacle's prices are better than nissanparts.cc, and most of the other online Nissan online parts stores.

I don't like to pay for shipping, especially when ordering online. That's just the nature of the online business, shipping should be free. The seller is saving mega bucks by completing their sale a la self-service. No more calling up and tying up a parts counter person for 10 min while he looks up a part, only to have the customer buy it elsewhere. So, the least they can do online is offer a discount and free shipping. I've ordered many times from the place you said screwed up your orders, so I'll take that free shipping every time. It's amazing the dealership who is the topic of this thread has taken the money and run. They were all over this forum posting themselves merely 5-6 mos. ago.

You know what really annoys me, is that these dealerships still have the same level of service as they did when our grandpas were ordering parts and they used microfiche to look them up.

For example, all these dealerships use trademotion's database, which shows a Maxima (the one we want, 9E whatever) as $26.53 list, while every other Nissan is now $6.52 list. You can point it out to them as many times as you want for as many years as you want (I've done it for 2 years now) and they don't correct the problem. You have to reverse engineer their website yourself, to know that the way to order a Maxima oil filter is through collision parts. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some people out there who pay the $26.53 per filter. Just venting about the low level of service that seems to be here to stay with the auto biz.....

OIL FILTER, Maxima 95-99 $26.53 $19.90

Or you can call up someone like Dave Burnette, who knows these cars better than 95% of the people on this site and can pick something out from a description like "that little plastic donut on top of the strut assembly". Not that I'm speaking from experience.

Dave B for life.
