Driver's side settles more than the passenger's? (AKA suspension install)
I just finished my Illumina/Eibach install and reused all the rubber mounting parts, except the boots. I'm not sure if it was always like this, but the driver's side wheel gap seems a fraction of an inch smaller than the right side. Everything lined up correctly during the strut assembly. Is the gap difference attributable to extra weight on the driver's side? Is it an illusion due to the toe? I'm just checking to see if I need to take it apart again before I go for an alignment. It rides smoothly and there are no strange clanking noises (knock on wood). And for the rears, it doesn't matter which way you face the shocks, right?
Thanks a bunch.
