Which Slicks to use for 15x6

I found a set of Mazda Millenia rims(15x6). Can anyone give me some choices as to which slicks are best to use?
Thanks,
Matt

Ok, since you have nitrous, I would go with a 26 inch diameter slick. The reason behind this is because you do not need a slick that will build up with horespower because nitrous is instant. If you have a turbo or supercharger, you would want a smaller inch diameter slick because they build power. Right now, I have a set of 23x8x15 M&H RaceMasters that I am using. I do now know if I am going to continue to use them because I am going turbo in the near future.

I would suggest checking out the Hoosier, M&H, and Mickey Thompson Slicks. Go to www.jegs.com and/or www.summitracing.com .

IMHO 24x8.5-15 M&H is a great size. They hook good for me and are close to factory size. I run on a 15x7 though, so a thinner tire may be a better choice.

I am running 6.0/26.0-15 on my Millenia wheels. They seem to have worked ok for me.

UNCDooD is right about the brand. I dump the clutch at 5500, any less and I bog, any more and I fry my clutch (still on stock clutch).

Nealoc, you mean to tell me that you rev the engine to 5500 and then you just let off the clutch and go? Man, that is insane......Do you still loose traction?

Can't seem to find any of those sizes on those sites.

The 26 inch slicks will be described as 26x8.0x15 or something like that, the 8.0 may be another number....

Found it - so this will fit on a 15" steelie stock rim?

Would that size be good considering the following:

5spd
SC w/3.25" Pulley (Maybe 3.125 soon)
MEVI

Thanks!
<And sorry if I thread jacked>

26x8.0x15 will be your size. Also, if you can find them, a 26x7.5x15 will fit as well. The wider the better.

I found them - maybe this summer when I come up with $350 bones I'll do this.

Still paying the SC and 5spd off. My Credit Card is MAXED.

Yes that's how I do it. Sometimes I chirp them but that's it. There's no spin.

I'm going to go up high when I track it this weekend, I had used 5000rpms when I was a little less powerful. I'm just getting afraid now with over 400whp. My biggest issue is the 1-2 shift, I can still make the slicks spin if I bang shift it with 13psi in the slicks. Now that I have tubes and screws I am going to try lower psi, perhaps 11psi or so.
