Just got new rims for the max !!

Just got these suckers today... I think I am going to change the tires to 225, the 235 is a bit too wide. The pics are on the 3rd page of my site. Dont be afraid to sign my guestbook

ohh and Sprint you know you love the hood

They look nice!

I dont think 225 will fit an 8 inch width....

Rims are lookin good. Old rims but they really look hot on your black Max.

Everytime I see AE heads and clearance lights it makes me wanna do them more and more, just dont have the courage to go opening them up...

Yeah I am trying to get rid of my Ae style lights, just got tired of them.

Yeah, I still love the type-E's. I think they tend to make the car look bigger than it is.. probably just that sorta benz impression they give (obviously look a lot like amg rims), but they are (and have been) definitely a front runner for me. Where did you get them, and how much $$? Congrats!

i dont want to sell them i just want to do a straight up swap for someones Oem lights... thanks everyone for their comments

Wow. Those look awesome. I was thinking of getting something like these, Katana C5s. How much do these Borbets weigh? The Katanas are like 24lbs.

yeah my last ones werent quite right, they just didnt look right on the max.
I swaped the tires at work today, well only two because that how many i had. I put on 225/50/17 on there because I really hate the ride with 45s on. The 50s look much better to me then the low low profiles. Funny thing is I really wanted 5th gen 17s but I found these and i couldnt pass it up. Well maybe I will get tired of these and swap them with someone for Oem 17s

the rims at 17x8 and I hate the 235 that they have on... too wide and too loud.. I like the 225/50/17 much much better

I think the 235's are the proper size for 8" wide rims...
