Speed Sensor

Has anyone taken this out before, I tried taking one out at the junkyard today. After removing the bolt that holds the bracket on the sensor off I tried to pull the sensor straight out but had no progress at all. Was curious if anyone knew any tricks or special tools to use.

ya i just did take the speed sensor out of my car to day. after taking out the bolt you need to carefully turn the sensor both ways tryign to wiggle it up and out. dont put too much force on it tho or else you might risk breaking something but yes it comes up and out with a little effort.

some come out easily, some you have to use penetrating fluid and turn it little by little to free it and stick a screwdriver while turning ad wiggeling it behind the sensor to apply pressure. it may take 5 mins or more.
other ones are seized solid and you have to brake them and drill them out or even torch them out
