Need a shopvac? Craftsman 6hp $17.99

http://tinyurl.com/6ok97w

Craftsman 16 gal. Wet-Dry Vac, 6 Peak hp with Blower Port
Sears item# 00917768000 Mfr. model# 17768

This has got to be a pricing mistake.

I already have a Craftsman ShopVac and for less than the price of 2 filters you get a new ShopVac, accessories, and a spare filter. Great Deal!

Interesting. They must have caught on. Doubt you can get a raincheck without a printout of the advertised page.

My question now is - knowing the track record of Sears' customer service, those that did purchase them, are they going to honor it?

They realized it's a mistake and stopped it before they lost more money. Pretty normal response if you ask me...

An email I just received:

Oh well, it was worth a shot. What BS though, there was no problem with my card. It even posted to my account.

I'm gonna take the printout of the order form to Sears and ask wtf.

It's on my way home from work every day, so I figure it's no wasted time for me.
