Can you give the quick over view? Is it synthetic? If it is, why is that better? Sorry, I'm an oil newb! :-)

They don't sell Mobil 1 in Costco up here in Canada as far as I'm aware of

They do however sell Castrol Syntec which is what I am currently Using.

You don't need the actual coupon for Costco anymore. They will take the discounts off at the register.

Does not add up...

Original cost for 6Q is $35+tax. With coupon it is $25+tax.

So it is $4.15/Q in Costco. In Walmart you will get 5Q for $22+tax. Adds up to the same, the only difference is Costco carries old stock vs Walmart it gets refreshed very fast....

So I will go Walmart though I am a Costco member.

Dave: The shortages are true... I just checked my local Walmart and Mobil1 is back on the shelves at $22/5Q jug ($2 more than PP). I am not a M1 user, so I dont' care, I am a Pennzoil Platinum fan.

I went to walmart yesterday. Mobil 1 is still $22 a jug, and it looks like its staying like that.
