My car ran on syntetic from 60k to 137k then went to regular can i go back to synthtc

as the title says my car ran on senthetic from 60-137 now its 140k miles can i go back to syntetic? and what kind of oil should be best mobil1 with hastings filter thats what everyone seems to love here

Yes, you should be able to switch back to synthetic oil with no problems.

yes, modern oils are interchangeable
