Do you guys trust WALMART brand SUPERTECH fluids?

Someone told me this is re-labeled quaker state. The Nissan brake fluid gets costly as it's sold in these iddy biddy containers, so I ended up buying containers of the WALMART SuperTech brake fluid in 1L bottle, to do the brake fluid drain & refill.

Do you guys trust this stuff? I've also been using the SUPERTECH ATF in the power steering reservoir....the stuff is cheap - real cheap - 4L of ATF for 9 bucks or something.

Note: The walmart brand stuff lists all the compatible specs and claims they meet or exceed certain standards.

Keep in mind that the standards you refer to are minimum standards. The person who finished last in your graduating class met mimimum standards.

I'm sure SuperTech fluids will perform as stated and achieve performance standards set by the industry; but there are probably better alternatives available.

ST is not a bad brand. It is made by Warren Petroleum and I recently switched to their HM 10W30 oil and will ran it for a full 5K miles and then get an UOA.

If you do periodic maintainence, it is a bargain fluid. But if one is lazy and change fluids with bizzare intervals, you are better off sticking with syn.

Are you sure the company name is Warren Petroleum? I can't find any info on the company. I did find a Warren Oil Company, Inc.

Did you find a website for them?
