Bout To Switch Over

OK... Hear is the deal i wanta switch to over to synthetic ... Ive been reading alot on other threads bout what to do $hit like that, But i just ran into another thread talkin about Auto-Rx!!!,Ok ... Is this a good product or Are they just blowin smoke up peoples @sses ??? So im kinda stuck now ,Should i try this out first then switch over Or just change the oil filter dump the old oil out and put the synthetic in ... need some help here (please)

i just did my second synthetic its good just go with mobil 1 5w30 itss pretty good

Just switch. Drain the old oil, change the filter and refill with synthetic. No need to do any preparation.

not even recommended to do seafoam first?

even if it has 158k+ miles on it (with regular dino oil changes)?????

Talking to the local parts store who sold me the Amsoil, they had never heard of the Auto-Rx but suggested just a simple engine flush to remove any of the gunk to assuade the fear that the synthetic will adhere it on to the sides more permanently.....
