Well today i took my car to be dynoed and well i wasnt to happy. I dont know if it was just because their dyno wasnt reading right hence the no tq numbers. Well heres the graph. Also i am going to try to pull so more fuel. My first pull was so rich that i pegged their tail sniffer. Well here she is. I was only at 10psi also.

Yes it is. I guess i am just trying to make sure everything is god be fore i add spray. I mean it pulls hard but i just thought it would make more power than that.

What I want to know is what in the world is going on after 5500? You have a MEVI, is it functional?
The turbo is massive do it's def not choking. At that power level, those injectors are more than enough and the a/f proves it. Are you pinging up there or something?

It opens at idle but it may not be staying open. I am going to ttry to figure that out also. I may just tie it open since it wont hurt me much being boosted.

Wow at 10psi I'd think you would be making more power also.
Pulling some fuel can help to give a little more power back.
Weren't you on a 2.5" down pipe? all the way back to the exhaust? It could be restrictive and preventing free flowing exhaust flow and allowing more power to be made.

I have a 2.5 inch downpipe but it goes to 3 inch right after the tranny.

Like i had mentioned i think the 2.5" part of your downpipe is hurting you a bit. you said you cant run a 3" downpipe, can you fit a cutout in there somewhere? as close to turbo as possible.

I may try doing a 3 inch downpipe. I just have to find a 5 bolt 3 inch outlet and order a 3 inch 90 degree. Ima try then go 3 inch all the way back.

Numbers arent that bad considering the circumstances. Id definately figure out whats with the huge drop after 5500rpm. If your mevi is opened at idle, then you have something hooked up backwards. i did that once when i was first hooking it up.

Its not open at idle. But if i rev it to 5000 it opens thats what i meant. I may not have enough vacuum period . I plan to tied it open.

you couldn't have done that today cause you would know if the vac can was bad or not
I would suggest getting a hand vac pump and test your vac can, soleniod and mevi arm to see if they hold psi if they do try putting clamps on your lines. the whole point of the vac can is to store the 18-22inch lb of vac your car makes at idle to operate the mevi since your car does not make as much vac under a heavy load
I had this same problem but could not confirm it till I went to the dyno and seen the mevi open at 5k then slowly close or you could just tie it open but that really does not solve your problem now does it

Well what i am saying is that it does open under no load but once a load is applied it closes. So i am guessing that indicates a bad vac canister.

or a leak thats why you use the proper testing equipment instead of throwing darts
you will be able to narrow down the problem in a few minutes

Not throwing darts. I used a smoke machine to search for leaks and found none. I checked all hoses,ports, hell everything. Like i said, it opens under no load but doesnt work after that.
so how excatly do you know it does not work under a load you can not see under the hood while your driving, please explain not trying to be a **** but I want to know
did you confirm by seeing it on the dyno or something, cause the way I confirmed mine was fixed cause I wired up a wot switch to the mevi arm with a light so I would know what the mevi was doing by whether the ight was on or off and not a butt dyno

so you were speeding on the street with no hood looking with your eye's glued on what the mevi was doing that has to be the most unsafe way of testing car that I have ever heard of
if you want I came up with something alot safer you could use to test your mevi just shoot me a pm

Your most likely leaking vacuum slowly. I had the same problem. Turned out the nipple on my mevi actuator was bent and cracked during the shipping process. Id definately check the vacuum canister and the actuator to make sure theres no leaks.
