ok so following up to SLVRMAXX's thread.... for those of you that havent read it. he was tuned with a VAFC2 and made 240ish hp. but he went to dyno it again a while later and the results were 214whp. wtf. so i guess the self learn is true.
the last time i dynoed my car i ran 262whp tuned with a safc2. i wonder what my numbers are now with the "self learn process." I probably dont want to find out. So i decided to give technosquare a call to reprogram my ecu.
the lady told me they no longer reprogram automatics because there was some problems conflicting with the automatic ecu. she didnt really elaborate on what it was. i think PRJCTMAX or something has the technosquare ecu on his automatic 6th gen. any problems? wtf is she talking about?
as of right now im pretty pissed off at this self learn bs. So my question is what should i do? definately not doing a piggyback again. Will the emanage ultimate rid the self learn crap? thanks.
I also have the TS flash on my 6th gen with no issues. Man I wonder what's up with TS. I've been hearing alot of stuff now about them giving people weird responses as to why they wont tune their cars.
I did get it a while ago...which would give it enough time to have something wrong with it...correct? lol which nothing bad has happened with it *knock on wood*
I am 99.9% positive that if it's an 04', then it does NOT have WB02's from factory...so I'm good!
Maybe I should sell my TS for 3x what I bought it for since the demand is high and no supply is there
Yeah but the Utec doesnt cutt of the goven and raised the rev does it?
Only TS has crack that , so whats the point of the Utec beside being able to tune it . Also I dont see anyone selling a Utec on 350z ..and 600 Bucks ?
Hell if TS cant crack my ecu , its NEO + Turbo then
Not trying to be an ***, but isnt that the whole point? And im pretty sure the UTEC will do it in closer increments, timing, 5 maps, knock sensor, datalogging and yes i do belive it allows changing the rev limiter on 03 & 04 Z iirc.

Although majority of customers who had our flash for AT model was very
happy with it, it is not the way of our business just sell it any way.
That is why we say we don't offer Flash for AT model to public.
If you are willing to try our flash for your car with knowing our
intension, you are more than welcome to send your ECU in or dive your
car to our shop.

So anyone else has a Lspec or Fspc on a 5AT Maxima besides Look at Max and Prjmax
Just might = me not having enough proof form anyone else who has the right data to say, DEFINITELY.
Just might = not sure
Just might = not enough quantitative data
I'm sure you're catching my mood.
if your car has a WB02 it will self learn up to the abilities of the ecu. if your ecu isnt fast enough processor wise then no, but most newer cars that have WB02 will self learn its settings.

Is that a /verification?
I will continue to speculate until I see before/after dynos W/AFR readout to verify. Not doubting it, just think it's semi cool, and would be cool to see the data.
