RMT DYNO, after Intercooler
I dynoed today against my will LOL. 95blkmax insisted, so he payed lol.
results(all the runs were still using my meth/water injection):
at ~5psi-7psi (saw the gauge at 5 before i started looking at rpm so dont kno if it ever made it to 7psi which is the spring pressure), i put down 250WHP, 242WTQ, when i first did my turbo setup, i dynoed at same spring pressure with no boost controller like in this run, and i got 230whp, so all the work, tuning, and add'ons iv done have payed off.
at 10psi, 312WHP@5500ish, 301WTQ@5300(rather late, i need a new 00vi valve rod)
So there you have it guys, my before dyno was 299whp, 291wtq without intercooler. So it seems like i gained 13whp, and 10wtq from the intercooler (although the fan's at the shop were rather weak to be honest, def not the same effect as actually going down the road)

The IC was undoubtedly a nice win-win situation for you. Better numbers on the dyno and better protection against detonation.
Welcome to the 300 whp club!!

Thanx, i am officially in the 300's!!!! yay. 299whp DIAF!! LOL
although i am finally in 300's, i am not 100% happy though, due to the fact that my 00vi is not working as it should, i tried to modify the power rod to make it flow better when it opens, i sharpend the edges of the plates on it, but it seems that when closed, since i changed the thickness of the edges, it causes it to leak air passed them and therefore not giving me the torque i should have like with a true closed 00vi.
at 7psi, my peak TQ was at 4300, while now my peak tq is at 5300 and also alot lower. at 7psi I dyno'ed 258whp and 263wtq. now its at 250whp, and tq at 242wtq, thats a signifficant drop in tq, and also below the HP numbers.
So if anyone has a spare 00vi power rod to donate or sell, please let me know!

Simple - you need a MEVI. And move the turbo up front where it belongs. 30 more WHP.

Well, I still am - I'm just bored at work..... guess I'll go home instead of picking on you.
Nice work, by the way. And you still need a MEVI.

Yeah, yeah - I've heard it before - my 3.0 MEVI was 100% reliable - none of the plastic BS I keep hearing about. My custom controller would always flip the butterflies when I wanted it to - just set the MSD 8969.
Consistency is Job-1 at the track. No coulda, wanna, next-time for me.
But, that's history...
You, my man, are on the short track to big WHP - but I bet I still can whup ya at the track. Spray, you know... But that's next season - it's deep winter here, with 40s being a heat wave.
Maintain.

Thing is, I think you CAN do it - you just need some encouragement !! But it will wait - focus on the job, make lots of money, build up your car, better my best times, THEN I'll have the cammed 3.5 out in the spring - and we shall see.... It already pulls harder than my double-sprayed 3.0 ever did.
EDIT: Oh, yeah, those clever Canadians will still smoke both of us....... just watch....

As mentioned earlier a win win. The cooler is worth it alone for the intake temp drop you have seen. I have to admit I have always kind of thought of this as a shoestring budget experiment (in a good way LOL) but you are making some nice power with this setup. Well done and looking forward to any updates!
