New Dyno - 120kw's (mevi,y,pod,exhaust)

120kw's ATW (160HP)
-Mevi 5300rpm
-exhaust 2.5" + Y (2" pipes to 2.5" collector)
-pod

Check out the torque increase.. and power gains across the range even before MEVI kicks in

Red line = 5300rpm MEVI
Blue line = 5500rpm MEVI
Green line = 4900rpm MEVI (stock exhaust from Y pipe back (no cat))

Kicking myself for not trying 5100rpm - worth it??

They dyno'd with the Snow traction control setting to prevent kickdown - wasn't thrilled at that.

Can't help but think that I should be making more power given that I have MEVI :/

I don't understand why you made peak HP at redline stock and now it's almost 700 rpm less. You sure the mevi is working correctly?

I see what you mean and I'm at a loss to explain.. a russian website with cefiro information says 161kws@6400rpm. I think I really need to stop forking around and just get them to do the 2 runs - one openned and one closed. Like I should have done in the first place..
But don't let that stop anyone else chiming in with some info

Could my exhaust be just to big for car? ( I did gain in torque, no?)
2" pipes to 2.5" collector (Y) + 2.5" resonator + 2.25" resonator + 2.5" piping to 2.5" inlet straight through muffler. (2.25" resonator added as it was just to loud.)

Exhaust should be fine, I am thinking the solenoid or vacuum canister might be bad on your VI
