Wizards second dyno...323 HP

Kinda dissapointed with my results.... I only gained 4hp over my last dyno a year ago. Mods since the last dyno include ceramic coated Cattman Gen 3 headers, and MEVI. I expected about a 15-20hp gain over last year. Looks like I can't go any further w/o more fuel, a tuning device, and a good tune.

I welcome your comments/suggestions. Thanks. James

323 HP, 273 TQ

Performance mods on the 99 CA 5spd:

Going MAD LEAN up top, that might explain the low numbers. Tooooo much air and not enough fuel.

do you have anything to tune your air fuel? I see the red doted line is around 13:1, where I dyno that is where they normally put your target if you are N/A, but lower/richer if you are boosted. Like Kevlo said if you can add some fuel up top you may gain some good power.

*edit*, I thought you were on the same pulley as I am (3.125), but those are really good numbers for 3.25.

You need to get your AFR in line(i.e, add some fuel)

It's been noted before, but something should be done about it.

Good #'s though.

As others have said, you are too lean up top. You probably need Z32 MAF and injectors as well as some sort of fuel adjustment to take out the richness in the middle and fine tune the top end. Also, once you have fuel up top, take the car all the way to redline. I would think peak power would be at or near redline especially with the MEVI.

Yes, but not for long... just finished soldering the Z32 Maf pigtail on. On deck--> either 410 or 555cc injectors.
