The dyno operator did that I told him it was cool to start spraying around 3000rpm but he said he would prefer to spray around 4

i guess to risk blowing up the motor? i ve seen motors being blowing up for starting nitrous to early in the rpm range.

naw the advanced timing has nothing to do with it....becuz that only modifies BASE ignition timing....

Yup it was a dyno tune as for the gains they were minimal i started of at 240torque and 247hp so i gained around 3torque and 5hp but the thing is im not happy with the tune cause my a/f is still pretty screwed up has lots of dips ill put up chart tomorrow. Also steven88 took a look at my points on the safc and we notice he only used 10 not all 12 so that confirmed that it wasnt a good tune. Guy only did like 5 runs(shawn wasnt there) I hear shawn does a way better job tuning and takes his time. I think in the near future I want dynotuning again im hoping I can squeeze out a little more.

Great numbers. How do you like the UDP I'm a little weary of installing one because they all seem to remove the OE harmonic balancers. What is the motostorm like?

Thanks . As for the UDP I have no complaints at all hasnt given me any trouble to date so I would definately recommend it as for the harmonic balancers as far as I know our vq35s dont have one cause they are internally balanced.
