Maybe that could be another side-project for you SR20.

What exactly is different coparing your "tune" and theirs? ...

BTW your car looks sweet ULISES. Can you send me the run files?

Looks like a Z dyno ... No VI switchover ....

Whats the max RPM you went on that run?

252whp would be nice in my 2840 lbs 4th gen with my 1.7 60 foots

My sh*tty stock intake manifold is pissing me off.

Uhh... their tune is wrong and mine is right.

They didn't fully tune his car the last time he went to them. So the software he has does not compliment his current mod list.

If I play my cards right, I might get to go to San Diego at the end of August for work. And if I have some free time I'll try to rent a car to drive to Torrance to meet with Tadashi and see if we can come up with some really good software for this car.

Thats a weird dip @ 4.8k ... Pretty massive gain otherwise. Looks like you had more torque before 3.8k on that first run too. You don't have the A/F for that run do you? I'm guessing that this is with the stillen/midpipe intake, correct? Power doesn't seem to drop off as bad as mine does after 5.5k. I'm guessing it's the midpipe. But I like the way the stock resonator midpipe keeps some good area udner the curve, and also produces a smooth power curve, though at the sacrifice of performance after 5.5k.
LMK when you get those run files.

There usually is a little torque loss at the low RPMs but part of his problem is that his A/F is off the chart above 18:1 in that area. His dyno operator also incorrectly attached the tach wire, you can see that in the form of spikes. Many operators make this error on VQ35s.

Are you going to ***** up every thread on the ORG with what you wish your car had or did? It's getting pretty damn annoying.

Meaning that it could easily be fixed with something like the smt6 right? The whacky a/f is due to your spicy sauce right?

Spicy sauce causes VQ heartburn ...

JClaw, you need to stop posting/talking and start walking ... kinda like you did when you ran your 1st 3.5L 1/4 mile .... it almost wasn't worth it with all the talk you had done before, but somehow seemed to shut me up for a bit ...

Yes, SMT6 can fix it. SAFCII can too.
