Got Rust? Fix it through a home made Electrolysis setup!

Just a preview of my little Electrolysis experiment with nuts and bolts rusted from my Maxima.



Yes, all that floating brown stuff is rust. Water was clear when i began.

im retarded. if forgot to take a before pic but here's an example of what they ALL look like after 10 years.



After treatment and Before cleaning

After wipe off with rag.


**** works. Total time for this piece was about 3 hours. going to leave it in some more, theres some tough spots that need more time. The parts using now are for my 00vi swap, to "test" the process. I will begin removing engine parts and getting to work.

My calipers need some soaking time too.. but im not sure if it will be safe on the piston.
