Softer Leather?

Are there any products made that will make my hard leather seats softer? I have a 92 SE and the seats are in good shape but the leather is hard. Are there any products/procedures that will make them softer? Right now they feel like cardboard.

Lexol is nice.
I got it in a horse shop. Other products just grease/wax the seats. Lexol really makes it nice. Kinda creamy for 1-2 days, I put towels in the car for a week, but after that its really soft.
