Engine cleaner/degreaser or simple green degreaser work good. Just keep in mind you'll be washing all that stuff onto the ground so you'll need to clean it up if there's a lot of it.

Is it pooled up or just residue? If there's a bunch, you could soak it up w/some rags or something to absorb most of it (make sure to dispose of them properly/quickly) then spray simple green or some other degreaser. Actually when swapping engines this summer, a mechanic friend told me about Awesome! which is a dollar store product. Cut the grease 100x faster and better than straight Simple Green and was only $1 per spray bottle.....

If you don't have a pressure washer and are doing this over concrete, I sometimes lay old newspapers underneath that absorb alot of the water after washing it down then clean up what's left....
