Go back over the leather with a very hot and very wet washcloth. Work it into all area's of the seat almost like massaging it; to open the pores on the leather. It should be dripping wet. Get another Washcloth and dry it. Then put some higher end leather conditioner
lotion on to a damp washcloth and work that into the seat the same as before. Then Dry.
