Removing house paint from car paint?

I ran though a spilled can of paint last night now I have white paint sprayed all down the side of my car. Is there something I can pick up at Advanced auto to remove this with out taking off my car paint?

it ended up coming off with a lot of elbow grease and Simple green. I am not sure what type of paint is was since I hit it at ~50mph...didn't get to read the can

Maybe it was latex paint, which I would imagine would come off fairly easily.

Simple Green is pretty strong. Won't it hurt the paint?
