paint fading cure?

paint on my car's roof is fading....there are a few light fading spots that appears when your car ages and the sun's factor. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them or prevent them from getting worse other than waxing?

Depends if the paint is single stage or base coat/clear coat. If the clear coat is going, you can't do anything other than a repaint. If your car has single stage paint, you can polish out the oxidation and rewax it to bring back the shine.

Pics and year model would help.
