lol I had a small one in my car once. It kept leaving webs on the front dash and windshield. Scooped it up with a newspaper and threw it in the grass outside

But then you gotta put in a cat to catch the mouse that caught the spider.
And a dog to catch the cat that caught the mouse that caught the spider...
Just stop before you get to the horse.

But seriously, spiders are good luck for poker players? I'd never heard that one. Guess that precludes laying out fly paper.
Unless you have a serious insect problem in your car, I'm sure the problem will eventually go away one way or another.

At least its not a big one running across your windscreen as your driving, "is it inside or out?!?". I don't think theres a whole lot you can do unless you find it.
