So i decide to work on my drop and i was lookin around for a deal , So found this site call Andysautosport.com http://www.andysautosport.com/nissan...shocks/tokico/ As u see and the link there's A pic of white shocks correct??? So if im correct these are ILLUMINA SHOCKS right??? ...So i sent the link to my boy and he was like WTF cant be right , So i email the company about the shocks sent them the parts number and everthing... The dude was like yes ,These are the right shocks and i can get all 4 for $389(free Shippin) ... So im like $hit Yea !!! order then on the spot ... So the next day when i was waiting for a trackin # and never gotten one i knew Something was Up!! ... I was like whas up here... no trackin # yet..... so i call and talk to a rep , He said ill email you the track # right now, Never gotten it ....Soo 4 days pass still got nothing, I email & call them... got nothing !!! So i come home the next day and seen 4 white boxes on my step and im Happy as Hell , Call my boy up go to shop we take off the tires Etc; And then he notice there wasnt no labels on the boxes ...So we open it and guess what's in the boxes F#ckin Blues ...!!! I was so heated !!! So i end up callin the place tryna to explain what happen (RELAXED NOT YELLIN) about the situation and the rep was like no problem we see the mistake and what we'll do is a Send Pickup (meaning they will sent the right ones and pick up the wrong ones)Im like cool !!! So a week goes by and i havent rec. nothing so i call back again and first i was told it was already sent , then i was told oh sir u have to pay more money cause we made a mistake !!!! At this time Im B E Y O N D piss im freakin postal by now so im like give me money back , So then they tell me well ima get charge a 20% restockin fee , And i said $hit NO ! im not.. I want a full refund ... So then I guess a sup. gets on the phone and i was told i can get my money back but i had to show prove that i sent it back and i had to foward my email to them showing what i got and show the free shippin. So i had to go to UPS and pay 44.36 to send something back that i got ship for free ... Long story short people DO NOT SHOP AT ANDYAUTOSPORTS.COM , They rob me a total of 443.00 which i never got back !!! They cust. service SUCK!!! as of today i got nothing to show for no drop and lost 443.00 bucks !!!.....PEACE
Back when i had my golf, i ordered some m3 side mirrors from them, soon to find out they were out of stock and i wouldn't be charged until they would actually be shipped. I find out on my next credit card statement that i was in fact charged for them while they were still out of stock.3 weeks go by and there still out of stock, i call them saying i want to cancel my order and get a refund for parts that who knows when are going to be in stock again. 3 CALLS LATER, still no refund. So i CALLED and WROTE a letter to my credit card company about what happened and within days received my refund. So like everyone said above, get a hold of your credit card company and tell them youv been cheated. That is the best route to go with. When you read this, CALL YOUR CC COMPANY IMMEDIATELY, and tell them what happened. Don't wait another day.
Man, these type of horror stories seem to be getting more frequent. Are scammers targeting the various car sites because they think the members are easy prey or are the people getting scammed just not doing their research?
I'm not big on lowering or the parts needed to do a good one, but what would you normally pay for the parts that were advertised? Seeems to me if they are several hundreds of dollars cheaper that would be a red flag.
Also, take a minute to relax and think about the deal too. Thats the advice I received a long time ago after I got scammed, its served me well all these yrs later.
The good news though is that you used a credit card, that makes it easier to get your money back. Don't ever take it as a "loss", lesson learned. By doing that gives the scammer more incentive to do it again.
