Great experience dealing with operatic (HID kit vendor)

I got a set of H11 HIDs from the 3BSpec guys and Mike aka operatic and his colleague Hanh were great to deal with. They sent tracking and shipping information promptly, and were responsive to questions via PM and email. The kits are overnighted via UPS and packaged well.

I actually got a bad ballast, but after checking in with Mike and doing a few more simple diagnostics for him, he overnighted me another ballast with a pre-labeled return envelope to send back the faulty ballast. No hassle whatsoever.


FWIW, install was really easy, but you have to figure out where to mount the ballast and remember to wrap the spade/pin connectors well.

I take it those are on your Pilot, not the Maxima? If only the maxima had such a clean cutoff

Yup, can't believe Honda put such nice projector housings on it and then used regular ol Sylvania halogens. It is now the way it should be.

operatic is the best!! His kit are very high quality. Unbelievable customer service and feedback and all around great guy. I will deff will be doing more business with these guys this summer. Another HID kit and more LED's for my licence plates and for the sides when i get clear ones. I give these guys 5 stars.

just recieved/put on my 8k d2s bulbs and i love the product. i highly recommend operatic hid bulbs. also forgot to mention i got these bulbs next day. if im not wrong he's based in texas and i'm in new jersey so super fast shipment.

/agree with everyone else
op is a great when it comes to customer service and theres a 1 year no bulls**t warrantee. helped me get my high beams to work also. it was a pleasure doing business with operatic.

also...shipping was really fast. I live in hawaii and had it shipped to a P O box. It arrived promptly two days later. really great.
