I recently ordered Raybestos Professional Grade brake pads & found RockAuto while searching Google. I ordered from them since their price & shipping costs were reasonable. I received the pads within 1 week (and I live in Canada)! I didn't pay any duties even though it shipped by FedEx. Anyway, I'd highly recommend them.
rockauto is always good, ordered 3 parts from them, noticed one of the parts was 10$ lower 1 week later, sent in a request, hope it gets approved, but cheap prices nonetheless

got some lca's for the max earlier this year, spicers, and were beefier than the stock one's. under 200.00 and shipped fast!!! good people to deal with.
I've used RockAuto for a few years now. Those guys are great although admittedly they have sent me quite a few wrong parts for my VE, although half the time they just send me new ones and let me keep the wrong part they sent me.
Plus, RockAuto is awesome because you can always find wholesaler closeout parts from them for incredible prices.

I've used them a few times in the past and have been really happy. Normally I use the dealers or a wholesale account at Napa but Rock is great. They have a distribution center in the same state so parts get here quickly, their prices are aggressive and they carry a lot of lines.
I wanted MOOG ball joints and tie rod ends for my Durango, the dealership parts were non-serviceable/lifetime parts and my wholesale price through Napa wasn't great on MOOG because they were special order parts.
I was able to get OE Subaru tie-rod ends from Rock as well for my sisters car. I was skeptical but when they arrived they were genuine parts, even with scooby stickers on the bag. Saved me a trip to the dealer which was nice and probably cheaper to boot. Also had a good experience when I ordered her new master and slave cylinders.
Cliffs: If I didn't have local parts connections I would definitely use Rock as my primary supplier.
