So I purchased an 02 sim back in fall of last year and it stopped working last month and I threw an SES. So I bought a new one from them and when you order there is an optional comment box. I just simply mentioned this is the second one Im buying since the first one broke and Im hoping the quality is better now. They informed me the quality is better now AND they sent me and extra one free to make up for it
