www.o2simulator.com

I've an avid Nissan fan, and owned 5 Nissan products over the past 5 years. I've owned a 2000 Nissan Maxima, 2002 Infiniti I35, and two 2002 Nissan Maximas. I currently have a 2002 Max and a 2003 G35 coupe.

Out of the Maximas I've owned, I had to replace o2 sensors on both of them. From researching the forum I purchased an o2 simulator instead of replacing the sensors. The first sensor I replaced lasted for well over a year before I sold the Maxima, but the second sensor I bought went out after a 3 month period.

I emailed o2simulator.com and informed them of my issue and asked for a replacement since the part has a 1 year warranty. To expedite the process I volunteered to pay for a new simulator while simultaneously sending out the faulty sensor, and upon receipt of the faulty sensor just refund the amount paid.

The seller promptly sent me a replacement without me sending in the faulty sensor and waived the shipping cost for the part.

I highly recommend this vendor and the fact that they stand behind their products. I am proudly a Raving Fan.

Thanks for the heads up. That's how customer service should work. They just made another sale because of your post, I'm off to purchase a dual sim from them for my landlords car. Now, if only certain .org vendors would follow similiar customer service practices.................

^^ Dude shut that crap up already.

o2sim has done wonders for a lot of org members with headers. I will be placing an order with them as well.
