Victory Nissan - Chantilly, VA

I've gotten stuff from their parts guy, David, and it has been a great experience. He's given me pretty good discounts (matched some of Dave B's prices, but only talk to him and no one else) and has also gotten stuff for me overnight, although not directly to me; he has it overnighted to the dealership for me to pick up. But its 10 miles from my house, so I didn't mind driving over there to pick the stuff up.

He seems pretty knowledgeable, but I've only spoken to them once each, so I can't conclude much about the advice aspect yet. I still trust Dave B. more in terms of getting advice.

For those of you who actually go to the dealership for servicing, they also have a nice lounge with a plasma TV.

Btw, I still get most of my OEM parts from Dave B. but there are certain things that I need relatively quickly or that are expensive to ship, which is why I looked for a good local parts department.

I got an oil change & alignment from them in the Spring '07 (April?) and I got a complimentary Altima loaner car. Its a brand new dealership in the DC area. The service was good. Only complaint is that they listened to my radio/cd's while they "drove" my max I'm assuming before and after alignment.

As an update, the parts guy David isn't there anymore, but the other guy Bob is just as good.

Another piece of feedback, I lost my wheel lock key (and the registration card) and went to Brown's Nissan in Fairfax for help. The service managers told me I had to come in between specific hours during the week between 9:30-12 and 1-4 and pay 40 bucks for them to remove my current wheel locks. Fair enough, I guess.

However, I called Chantilly Nissan on a Saturday morning and the service manager there said to just come in at lunchtime and someone would remove them all for free, which they did immediately and on the spot. Not to mention, the new set of wheel locks was $10 cheaper in Chantilly.

I still like Chantilly Nissan, regardless of who owns them.
