I don't normally post in this thread, but thought it might be worth sharing my experience with IchibaUSA since they're a sponsor.

I purchased spacers from them and chose 2-day UPS so i could get them on a certain day. They missed shipping it the day they said they would so i called back and told them to just ship it via Ground since there was no sense in going for 2-day if it wasn't arriving when i had hoped. I was told this would ship the same day... which they missed again.

After another day, it finally ships but it just went out via USPS.

What makes this worse is i used the "Maxima.org Discount" per their thread to get free regular shipping, but that didn't make its way either.

I think these guys need to get their act together.

For the record, i will try to get in touch with them and see if there's a resolution. Hopefully i can do so immediately, they don't seem to answer to e-mails and the phone lines are either ringing forever, or busy.

My friend had trouble with them. They seem to be a very bad company with bad working ethics.

I still haven't heard back from them, however for the record i just received the spacers. They were well packaged and the product itself is of high quality.

I don't know, the product is indeed good but i'm not sure i'd want to do business with them again.
