oh, and his prices are the best and shipping the fastest.

one note: when you call Dave, make sure you ask for Dave BURNETTE. I think there's another Dave B. that works in the parts department there too!
And yet another one for Dave Burnette.....I had a feeling I was being had by the local dealership on prices for strut mount parts and called him. Great guy to deal with, and prices were MUCH more reasonable, like a little more than half of what the local thieves den was charging. Can't say enough good stuff about him.

just called him.

for 3 seperate items he quoted me a total of about 45 dollars LESS than courtesy nissan and was a hell of a lot more helpful in terms of recommending/explaining.

i will be doing business with him in the next week.

got my 4 black floormats, OEM knock sensor, OEM air filter and oil drain plug for $213.

it arrived in 3 business days and exactly as described. the packing was adequate, but not great.

overall a very positive experience. highly recommend him over Courtesy Nissan.

Dave B is great, friendly and the best ever. The prices there were on point and way cheaper than the local dealership as well as many online places.

Great guy !

I must chime in and give my extreme thanks to Dave. He has helped me out so many times I've lost count. The most memorable thing he helped with was my suspension rebuild. He was gracious enough to go back and forth with me to ensure I got all the right parts, and I did I even got a nice Nissan t-shirt

Thanks Dave!

Every OEM piece I order, I order from Dave. Have since I first got the Max in 2K1. Great customer service and a fun guy to talk too. No reason to go anywhere else!!

Now if we could get Dave with his expertise and customer service in some of these speed shops, the world would be a better place!!

EDIT: Dave called me today about an order I have with him. He called stating that Nissan discontinued some parts I was looking for as its an "American" thing that is but and sold in the America’s not directly from Nissan Japan (Pre-painted mud flaps). Instead of saying "sorry" like most people would, he spent a bunch of time calling other dealers hunting down the set he could not order directly.

His phone call to me was saying he was sorry about the extended time delay caused by hunting down the parts from other dealers, which was a crock. I was expecting the usual 7-10 days when you order something from Nissan. Dave busted his butt to get me my stuff and was apologizing for timing that was well under my expectations.

THIS type of service is why I go directly to Dave each and every time I need OEM parts, or parts he can get. People may gripe he is a dollar or two more on some things, but really....going beyond the call of duty to get parts for customers, keeping them updated and "most" parts you get from him are about the cheapest place to get them makes it a no brainer.

Does anyone have Dave B's contact info? I have a whole list of parts I need to order from him, but forgot how to contact him since I'm rarely on the forums these days.

Dave B is the man. I ordered a bunch of crapola for the 90k tune up and rec'd everything in a few days. Great customer service and great knowledge of Maximas & Nissans in general.

Bad experience with Dave Burnette. Buyer beware.

Hello guys! I heard a lot of good things for DaveB of Southpoint Nissan here. That's why I deceided to make an order. I have a lot of parts that I wanted to order. But since this is the first time dealing with him. So I just order some basic maintenance stuffs just to test out his service first. The order total is about 50 dollars. He told me I will get my stuffs around 3 days. But I waited almost 2 weeks and still haven't got anything. So I finally waited long enough to call him to find out where my order goes. Then he told me his printer is broken last week. So my invoice never go to the shipping department. This is what he said also. "This is not a perfect world. Things like this happens." I can't believe he used his printer as an excuse. He did offer me for express shipping but I refused. I told him I don't want the order and hang up. Lucky this time I only ordered a small amount of items. Not a good customer service. Buyer beware.

Dude, He has great customer service. I have nothing but great things to say about him. I've ordered plenty of parts from him before and they all came just fine. There is no "buyer beware" on this guy.

Ditto. Sorry you had a problem, Trilitai, but with Dave there is no pattern of poor service. It has always been exceptional for me, and I've been buying parts from him for about 20 years (long before he started working for Southpoint).

If Dave said his printer was broken, then that's the truth. Dave is a 100% stand-up guy and in my years here yours is the first negative thing I've ever heard said about him. I've ordered from him dozens of times and all were good experiences.

He offered express shipping to compensate you. How is that "not good customer service????" Not to mention his prices are better than pretty much anyplace. Go to your local dealer and see if they'll give you those prices
