Motostorm

The reason why im writing this is because that some guy on the .org (cant remeber who and the thread is gone) made mention that he never got his grille from motostorm... The payment ( not when i paid the payment went through on paypal ) went through on 9/7/2004 im posting this thread on 9/15/2004 8 days later a week and one day... Here is what

BRETT SANDSTROM emailed me :

"Hello. The total is $160 shipped us postal priority. That will take 2-3 days from the day you make payment. Thanks

it has been a week and one day efforts to contact Brett have been futile....and im waiting for my grille .org users please use caution when dealing w motostorm...ill keep everyone posted.

so far Brett has not contacted me..I wrote him an email two days ago asking where my grille was, quoting him the 2-3 day arrival, and telling him that i am not the first person to not recieve his grille from motostorm and how uneasy this made me.. i also told him i would be posting this on the .org to warn others...

ok so i got it in the mail today a little late and no response from brett still..not too bad since i did end up getting the product...and i am happy with the grille so far..but it would have been nice if brett had contacted me so case closed i think

I make all efforts to contact my customers and stay in touch until they receive their product. However, in some cases my replies get blocked from spam software so they never make it to you. Thanks!!!
