My issues with a co called eurasian...
I found this company right after the tranny went to acting up, and they told me no worries, that they had a vlsd tranny they would ship to me for 1050., i said alright, but let me get my money together.
THey were fine with it, and even put it on hold-sounds great doesn't it?
I ordered my tranny two weeks from yesterday. He told me that he would get me a tracking number back in my email or he would call me with the info. cool. I never heard anything from him. i started calling after like 7 business days, because he told me that would be tops on the shipping. i couldn't get a straight answer from him, not to mention being stuck on hold for at least 5-10 min a call. well, i began to call these folks like every day, and a couple of times a day, and they kept working on their story, but no tracking info on my stuff. i finally found out today that they didnt' have the part at all, but that they had just bought a car with this transmission. i told them this was unacceptable, and requested a refund. the lady on the phone told me i had been lied to and that this ws a regular occurence. it was even the last week she worked there. i should be getting my money back shortly.
In short, they turned out to be a bunch of liars and hustlers.
Did i handle this correctly?
