Conversation Between TB.4L and imaking133

i want to get a vq30det and swap over the internals and intake manifold, wat is there to do about the exhaust mani? im new to this and cant seem to find an answer. all of the headers and exhaust components that i find tend to be too restrictive for a turbo setup.
