    Bobo,

Nice to hear from you. Amsoil states that under normal operating conditions AMSOIL MTG (GL-4 75w-90) will last two times longer than conventional petroleum GL-4 gear oils. So I would say that you could ealily use the fluid for 50,000 or 60,000 miles. Thanks, Ed

I live in a suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia and just had my transmission rebuilt and clutch replaced on my 95 Maxima - the dreaded differential bearing leak problem. I had been using regular 75w90 GL4 gear oil. The owner's manual has no recommended change interval for gear oil but the Haynes manual specifies 30,000 miles. The shop put in GL4 75w90 Castrol synthetic gear oil. Can I expect a longer change interval from this product and if so, what would you think is reasonable. The car is driven about 50% city/50% highway currently. Previously it was about 80% highway.

    Thank you
